• Adhere to timing standards for products and services
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items to drive sales
• Assist in keeping staff busy and productive
• Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide Guests
• Ensure equipment and surfaces are clean and organized
• Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
• Provide strong opening and closing shifts using checklists
• Ability to work within a designed operational system consistently
