Receptionist:Part Time position available, typical schedule will be from 3:15-8pm, weekend and holiday rotation is required.
Duties and responsibilities: Provide clerical and receptionist services while remaining alert for safety and security issues. Answer and direct incoming calls. Refer guests and inquiries to appropriate individuals, ensuring they sign in. Schedule appointments, transportation, etc., considering resident needs, timeliness, appropriateness. Handle mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies and work orders. Keep reception area open and operating promptly as scheduled and ensure coverage throughout scheduled time. Provide services to help make a comfortable and safe home for the residents. Prepare correspondence and reports, as needed.
Experience: 1 year office / receptionist experience. Prefer experience within healthcare. Excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Ability to effectively multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients in a professional and safe manner.
