Charter’s State Government Affairs team is tasked with achieving the company’s franchising, legislative and regulatory goals on a state and local level. We are seeking a bright, determined, and committed Senior Manager of Government Affairs to join the team to assist in driving Charter’s policy priorities.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Manager of Government Affairs , you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies that support the growth of Charter’s New York and other New England states' Markets at the state and local level. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of State Government Affairs, you will be responsible for representing the company before government agencies, as well as managing and executing events that align with our overall objectives. Your focus on community affairs and strategic planning will help drive our company's success.
WHAT SENIOR GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
The State Government Affairs team is responsible for educating local and state officials about Charter’s policy positions and advocating for laws, regulations and ordinances that advance the company’s business priorities. As a member of the state team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Charter’s interests and the interests of Charter’s customers are well represented in state and local policies.
