Workday Financials Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based) | Occasional company-funded team meetups (twice per year)
Compensation: Up to $125,000 annually, plus benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, configure Workday Financials modules, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a collaborative, fully remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing financial workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement within Workday Financials.
Configure and maintain key Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Develop, test, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to meet business needs.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial and operational standards.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to align system capabilities with organizational objectives.
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting, financial systems analysis, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and support.
Strong understanding of core financial processes and reporting requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Workday certifications in relevant Financials modules.
Experience with calculated fields, advanced reporting, and integrations.
Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Hyperion or Essbase.
